Beginner level (Cinderella Module): This is where your introduction to art of pole dancing starts. Gain a comprehensive understanding of your own body, how to trust yourself and your pole. In this class we start strengthening your core muscles, improving your coordination, and develop your sensual style around the pole. Each week you will learn spins, tricks, transition moves and poses that will fit together in a routine. Your basic strength will improve to the point that you will learn to climb, go upside down and sit on the pole.

At the end of this level an assessment will be done to determine if you are ready to progress to the next level, or you can choose to remain in this class to perfect your moves! Everybody progresses at their own pace!

How to book your first class
Send us an email with the date and class time that you would like to attend. We will confirm that there is space in the specific class. Fill in the trial class form and make sure you have everything listed on the "About your first class" page. See you in class soon!
