At Basic Instincts Studios our classes are designed to suit all types of students, from Beginners to Advanced and everybody in between. You can choose to attend only one class a week or attend all three. Combined with the Pole Class is a dance orientated warm-up and cool down. We also do not attend only to your outer body, but have a team of professionals that can assist you with weight loss, as well as sport massage, kinesiology and NLP.

Basic Instincts Studio provides three levels of pole dancing:

Beginner level (Cinderella Module)
Intermediate level (Spinderella Module)
Advanced level (Twisterella Module)
Pole Conditioning Class
